From Corporate Strategy to Small Business Systems
Before building my own business, I worked in corporate environments, including business development, planning, management, and consulting roles for engineering and oil-related companies.
I reached management level and even received an opportunity to move toward a CEO role. But at some point, I realized that even in senior positions, I did not have the level of freedom and impact I wanted.
I wanted to create more value, work with more independence, and use my knowledge to help people and businesses grow in a more practical way.
That decision led me to entrepreneurship, consulting, and eventually to my main focus today: helping small business owners create clarity, structure, and systems.
What Building Businesses Taught Me
My first experience as a founder taught me one of the most important lessons in business: good relationships are not enough to build a strong partnership.
I started a consulting company with two friends. We all had corporate experience and believed that would be enough to run a business together. But I learned that business partnership needs more than trust and friendship. It needs role clarity, shared expectations, systems, decision rules, and aligned vision.
That experience shaped the way I look at business today.
A business does not grow only because people are smart or hardworking. It grows when the right people, structure, systems, and decisions work together.
Why I Focus on Business Systems
My background in business development, tenders, documentation, ISO-related systems, and IMS frameworks helped me understand how larger companies use structure to qualify, grow, and operate.
Later, I started asking a practical question:
How can we take the useful parts of corporate systems and make them simpler, more affordable, and more practical for small businesses?
That question became the foundation of my work.
Today, I help small business owners build systems that reduce confusion, improve decision-making, support team performance, and make growth more sustainable.
